This is to exercise the mind...
1.Many Arab countries and leaders horde weapons and establish armies for personal protection and self preservation. Revolution is a much bigger danger to them than the so-called "threat" of Israel and the US. In fact without Israel, none of them would survive......In my opinion.
2.The reason most arab leaders avoid peace or at most, tolerate peace, is simple. Imagine tens of thousands of Israeli's visiting Syria and importing the Israeli brand of democracy and freedom into their miserable lives. Heaven forbid, liberated women and no burqas (or bras) To them its a matter of survival......In my opinion.
3.Hamas and the PA are nothing more than violent gangs who control the population through fear and threats. And when they are not shooting at innocents, they are shooting at each other....In my opinion.
4.Every time a peace agreement is on the table these gangs reject it (Arafat for example). Without a gun who or what would the gang member be? Nobody! (or maybe a thug without a gun). So he will hold onto that rifle....In my opinion.
5.The Jewish population of the world numbers 14 million. Thats a lot of noise being made about so few people. Thank heavens there are not 50 million. Imagine the noise. The security council would have to meet every day....In my opinion.
